Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff2 lbs beef stew meat
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of onion soup 
       (can substitute a can of cream of mushroom and a package of         dry onion soup mix)
1 6 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp pepper
1  8 oz package of cream cheese, cubed
1  8 oz container sour cream
Add first 6 ingredients to large crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.  An hour before serving, add cream cheese and continue to cook.  Before serving, stir in sour cream and heat.  Serve over noodles.
